You’re testing a local file — the file must be uploaded to Hostinger and opened via your website URL (https://yoursite.com/…)
No HTTPS — go to Hostinger hPanel → SSL → enable free SSL for your domain
PayPal app not approved for Advanced Cards — in PayPal Developer Dashboard → your app → Features → enable “Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments”
Client ID still says YOUR_CLIENT_ID — open the HTML file and replace it with your real one
